3 Minute Thesis contestants are required to participate in at least one coaching session with CWOVC consultants prior to the competition.

Please sign up for coaching sessions as early as possible to allow yourself ample preparation time. If the early coaching sessions go unfilled, we cannot add new sessions later.

Open Practice in Lois Chiles Studio Theater

Open practice sessions will be available on March 8 and March 9 for the finalists to polish their presentations. This is a great opportunity to double check your timing, perfect your body language, and practice eye contact. This is not the time to make changes to your script! Please, do not wait to practice your presentation until the day-of the competition. Specific times will be announced closer to the event. Note: Coaches will not be present during open practice hours.
